Flying Stars Feng Shui is a working tool for feng shui consultants. Upload a floor plan, set the building's period and the exact bearing its entrance faces, and the flying star chart is fitted to the plan — with placement notes for every room and a report you can hand to a client.

How it works

1 · The plan

Add a photo or a PDF of the floor plan. Enter the period the building was completed in and the bearing of its entrance, in degrees. Fit the nine sectors to the walls by hand. The plan itself is never altered.

2 · Room by room

Give each room its own page. Mark the door and the windows, then place the furniture: the head of the bed, the desk, the cooker, the seats at the table.

3 · The report

Reword any line in your own language and save the finished report — the plan, the rooms and your notes — ready to give to the client.

Worked out, not invented

Every figure comes from the classical Xuan Kong flying star method. The bearing in degrees selects one of the twenty-four mountains, the completion date selects the period on the solar calendar, and the mountain, water and sector stars of all nine sectors follow from those two inputs. The same building, entered by any two consultants, produces the same chart.

Prices in US dollars. Tax is added or included at checkout depending on where you are. A Pro subscription renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the upgrade screen inside the app, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Pro belongs to your account, so it works on every device you sign in to.

Refunds

Our order process for the web and Windows apps is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles billing, tax and receipts. We never see your card details.

Payments are not refundable for partly used periods, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, or where something went wrong — for example being charged twice. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or email us from the address you sign in with and we will arrange it. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or iPad app are handled by Apple instead.
